The Healing Exchange
“Why should I pay for Reiki when healing energy is free?”
What do you give your energy to on a daily basis? Social media? Email? That new Netflix series? Aside from your job and loved ones, all else is pretty much optional. You choose where you put your energy. That is the definition of intention.
Money Is Energy
Money is energy. Paying for something is an exchange of energy and intention. You are given something, you give something back. You pay for it. You likely don’t walk into Starbucks and ask them for free coffee or, better yet, a free gift card for coffee for the whole year. There’s an understanding. If you want something, you will pay for it.
Prioritize Healing
Isn’t your health and healing the most important thing? So why then do you think you shouldn’t pay a healer?
Reiki Is Worth It
Reiki reaps immediate as well as long-term rewards—including your overall longevity. Reiki affects everything about you and everyone around you. Can you say that about a $6.00 Frappuccino?
So, if you think you have no money for healing, look at the “essentials” in your life you might be able to postpone. Is your healing worth a night out with friends? A movie ticket? A weekend away? A week’s worth of $6.00 coffees?
What Is Your Healing Worth?
What is your healing worth to you?
When you make an exchange of payment for your healing session you are honoring the healer and the healing process itself. In its simplest terms, it’s payment for services. On another level, it’s setting the intention that this is a priority in your life. You are giving it energy. You are honoring it, and all those involved. Especially you.
For most healers, their journey to helping others was fraught with severe challenges. That is how they became a healer. Honor their time, their past, their journey, their practice, their gift. Honor your own journey, by making an exchange for your healing.
